Rooted in Community, Growing Together

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, join the Southeast Province of Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at Georgia Southern University, Russell Union, for a meaningful day of service focused on literacy, education, and community impact.

Together with NALFO and campus partners, this event will bring student volunteers, community leaders, and fraternity members together to support early childhood literacy and high school students preparing for college.

✨ Program Highlights (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM):

• Story Book Reading: Multi-lingual story time sessions for children to encourage a love for reading.

• Multi-Lingual Group Reading: Engaging activities that highlight cultural diversity and literacy.

• College Scholarship Workshops: Guidance for high school students on FAFSA, scholarships, and grants, with resources from Georgia Southern University.

📚 Impact:

• Over 20 volunteers are geared towards serving more than 3,500 local students.

• Book donations and community engagement activities aimed at fostering a strong foundation in literacy and education.
